Mission Timber’s^TM founders played a key role in the development of this modern classic.

Timber Lofts was built on the idea that luxury apartment living can also observe high standards of environmental responsibility. The first project of its kind in Wisconsin, the old Louis Bass warehouse was renovated to incorporate green technology, a healthy lifestyle, sustainable building materials, and energy-efficient appliances.

The new construction portion of Timber Lofts uses mass timber, an alternative to more fossil-fuel intensive materials. Using timber throughout the building brings the warmth and beauty of wood to everyday living.
