The founders of Mission TimberTM, formerly the principals of Catalyst Construction, were integrally involved in the development of the Ascent Tower.
At 25 stories tall, Ascent includes 259 luxury residences, a dedicated wellness level, and unmatched amenities. The building’s thoughtfully designed apartment homes offer an optimal balance of natural elements, comfort, and luxury.
This iconic project received a federal wood innovation grant and is an important benchmark for development of future mass timber buildings. Harvested in Europe and manufactured in Austria, the 75 CLT and glulam wood beams per floor are the centerpiece for this sustainable and biophilic luxury living structure.
